More Subscription Details
- Attorneys, Advisors, Counselors and Coaches are called "Account Professionals".
- At least one Account Professional must be listed in the Office Staff directory in order to form client workgroups.
- Only those Account Professionals that are listed in the Office Staff directory are changed a monthly fee and only those Account Professionals can form client work groups or be a primary or lead Attorney, Counselor or Coach.
- Additional Account Professionals not listed in the Office Staff directory, but invited into client workgroups as observers or other designations are not charged a monthly fee.
- Additional Account Professionals added in the Office Staff directory part way though a subscription month will not be added to the monthly billing until the start of the next billing month.
- Subscriptions require a credit card. Monthly invoice billing is optionally available for organizations over 25 Primary Professionals.
- Subscription and account management information is provided in the welcome email, in the documentation and by calling us for unlimited telephone support and training. Toll free 866-262-5750.

$99.00 per month for one Business. The Business Network differs substantially from the Pro Products. This product is limited to one Account Administrator and does not provide for multiple Account Principals (Account Professional in the Pro Products). The Business Network is designed as a business extranet for commercial business use with clients and vendors and offers greater customization features through our Professional Services than the Pro Products.
